I think I might be having seizures?

Sun, 04/12/2015 - 01:19

I'm not sure what's been happening, but for the past couple of year sometimes when there is an immediate increase in temperature I get extreamly nauseous and a tight feeling in my stomach (and feel really, burning hot), and then everything goes blurry and I need to lie down or at least sit because I can't stand. Sometimes it's worse than others and my legs will shake/arms will twitch involuntarily and I have trouble breathing.

It usually doesn't last more than 3-5 minutes. It's happened about 6 times when I was in the shower and the water was really hot, and twice on the bus in the winter when it was really crowded and I was wearing a heavy jacket.

I'm not exactly sure what's happening so any suggestions would be helpful. Should I go to a doctor?

I've never lost consciousness or fainted.
