I really need help

Hi, So I've been on here a lot, usually posting about muscle problems (my doc says they're JME jerks). However, I also have a flicker in my vision. Like not just in my vision- it's everywhere. Anywhere where there's a change in color, the entire image around it seems warped, like when a computer screen awkwardly glitches. It's like my visual field can't stabilize and differentiate objects...I don't know if that makes any sense. But it feels like it's gotten worse. I struggle with reading and this is a big deal because I'm a serious musician. I've also been dealing with confusion, and I feel like this is also getting worse... my muscle coordination is lacking, and I feel more tired than I think I should be. The biggest problem is the muscles and the vision. I feel almost blind sometimes and it takes me twice as long to do physical things as my friends...please leave me some sort of advice below PS I take Keppra (1000, 2x) Depakote (750, 1x) lamotrigine (25, 2x) and a low dose of clonazepam.
