I need help please!

I think I may be having seizures, but I'm not sure. It started a while ago, when I'd getting this feeling in my stomach, and my eyes would twitch open and close and look in one direction so strongly that it would kind of hurt. Also, my body was kind of shaky. That was a few months ago, but now, my whole body sort of jerks, especially my legs. They only last 15-30 seconds and then I'm totally fine. But they don't feel like seizures. They feel sort of like I'm just overreacting or faking them, I don't know why it feels that way though. I do suffer from migraines, which started almost a year ago. I have had 4 or 5, but I don't get classic migraines, though I do get auras before them, I get blind spots and I get sick during them as well. I also have these times where I sort of 'space out'. It is sort of when I look at a spot and I don't think about anything. People can call my name, and I hear them, I just don't want or care to look at them in that moment. I often, if they keep calling me, carry on looking at the spot and answer them without looking at them. I also get head rushes frequently, I mean almost every single time I stand up. I get dizzy, and spots cloud my vision and I have to hold onto something until my vision comes back. Can anybody help me?
