History vs Tests

follow up Dr. Read whole chart ,saw MIR images read, results
Pics had scar tissue(lesion) and dots every where on top of my pumpkin meat, left hippocampus smaller and damaged and TBI from childhood
Said long hist. Epi.
I am looking for answers regardless I feel seeing a medical professional is a motto point
Seeing as I get the information in good ways and most meds seem to make them worse ,
so anyone else having any such dalimas in diagnostics and testing . Similar hist.
TBI in childhood, 18-35 ,scars, seizures/Pnes ,meds don't sit well
