This same thing happed to me and every member of my family.  We all tried different kinds and qualities of the Omega-3.  Still this seems to be a problem.  So what is best, Heart health or Colon health?

Hi all.Not too sure what everyone's day to day lifestyle is but lots of things play a role in a healthy and consistent bowel movement. Here are some helpful hints and things I do on a daily basis.

  • Eat fresh steamed vegetables
  • Eat fresh fruit
  • Exercise 3 days a week (Mon,Wed,Fri)
  • Eat Poached or broiled fish once or twice a week
  • Take Carlson Omega3 Fish Oil in liquid form lemon flavor. Not pill form.

Only eat refined foods such as raw sugar and flour (cakes and cookies) once a week and on special days like birthdays and holidays.Trust me,it will pay off in the long run.I can go for 3 mile brisk walks and breathe easy.

I hope this helps.Lots of luck to all.
