Should I get a Dog that can Detect seizures?

I am 18 i still live at home with my parents. I have a 2 1/2 year old dog. I've been wondering if I should get a dog that can detect seizures being that I will eventally move away from home. Plus if anyone minght know how much they coast.

There is a difference between a dog that can detect seizures (not sure they exist) and dogs which respond to seizures. The latter can be helpful in ensuring your safety in the event of a seizure or calling for help.
