Mon, 10/22/2007 - 22:19
I was just given a list by my Neuro for which foods to avoid for Seizures, only I don't trust it because its titled "Foods to avoid for Migraines", he assures me its the same so does anyone have a legitimate site or list of foods I should avoid to prevent Seizures and what kind of foods I should be eating more of? Thank you so much my fellow Community Members -Michael-Sean

Thank you so much my fellow Community Members -Michael-Sean --- Try: About Food Additives and Neurological Challenges such as the Epilepsies, the ADHDs, etc. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/Tartrazine_and_ADHD/ http://www.ninds.nih.gov/disorders/neurotoxicity/neurotoxicity.htm Regarding the epilepsies, often food additives such as monosodium glutamate (MSG) and aspartame show up but it varies. Caffeine can be a factor for some of those with seizures, not everyone with seizures. That's my understanding. Good luck.
