Not One More Moment Lost some words are never meant to be said some are meant to flow freely within your head some are destined to be written down some can even turn a smile into a frown some words when harshly misused can turn the happy, into the abused some are powerful, like love and hate words that are what make life so great some words that can be used to explain why some are happy and others are in pain there are even words that dare not to be spoken for if so, anger and devils are what lies to be awoken but words like, "i love you!", and "I love you too!" words that come from the heart, knowingly true but what of the mute, the speachless few whose words that cannot be spoken, even for a moment or two what if the moment is lost, with nothing said taken away by fear, by an ailment of the head famous speaches of wisdom, words not to be forgotten what if they were left unspoken, a moment spoiled and rotten no more shall fear from stigma and shame we will open our mouths, and speak the name not one more moment will be lost, to seizures, you see because one day, the world will know the truth about epilepsy!

The Internal Fight

When asked if one is feeling well,
the true answer, I can never tell.
Whoever says, "No I'm not okay"
Even if it is the truth to say?
But for pride and anxieties I guess
the answer, it seems, is always "Yes"
One hides their struggles and agony,
locked inside for no one to see.
What lies inside one's mind,
thoughts and feelings for no one to find.
But when asked if someone is alright,
a lie is born, and so starts the internal fight.
Fear of being called a liar and a fake,
can make someone put their on life at stake.
For fear that someone would not believe,
can cause someone to deceive.
Such struggle starts over what to say,
when all I ask is if one is okay.
