Inspirational Quotes. Plz Add Yours/Help Others

"If you're going through hell, keep on going" - Winston Churchill "...And this too shall pass" -- last line of a well known prayer "...and help me to accept the things I can not change". -- A line from The Serenity Prayer. I think this would be a good thread to keep going. I know others have sayings that keep them going and hope you all will give to others by posting quotes, thoughts, whatever keeps you in the saddle. These are mine. Gretchen

When I was in HS and thought my sh-- didn't stink and was acting like it once, my very quiet grandfather rarely spoke, but when he did he always had someyjing to say worth listening to and he said this to me, maybe not word for word but this is the general idea: "Gretchen you are as important and as needed as one drop in the ocean. Your self importance, needs, and preoccupation of yourself is too exaggerated (youch). You are like one drop in the ocean. Oceans are made of many drops but remove one, others will fill in, and you won't be missed if all you are, is a drop in the ocean. Make more of yourself, be the wave." That has always been humbling to me when my pants get too big. Love yours Spiz. Okay Ep_help - I's a waiting! Gretchen
