When I first started Trileptal, I would feel slightly nauseous as soon as I woke up every morning. I found that it was kind of similar to the effects of low blood sugar, so that as soon as I ate something, the funny feeling would go away. Every morning as soon as I woke up, I'd eat a small piece of red vine candy or a cracker (both kept right by my bed), and I felt better right away.
But, I also agree with talking to your doctor about this, just to make sure. :o) Good luck!

Sometimes when I get an aura that often, but not always, means a T/C is immenient I would get almost a nausious feeling. I started to think that it was just a gut feeing of dread for what may happen next. I think it could be a small aura which is in fact a siezure.

If those feelings aren't the normal everyday 'to tired to go to work', 'sick to your stomach', 'butterflies', or whatever other old sayings might match those feeling, then you'll need to explain and describe more in detail of what you're feeling. Take a routine doctor visit, explain your odd feelings and go from there. If you can describe more of it to us here, then hopefully we can help.
