Hello, I am new to epilepsy.com and i saw that they have discussion centers. I am a 20 yr old who has had epilepsy since 2000 and am taking medications that cause me to gain weight. I was wondering if any other patients who have this same problem have tried any diet supplements, such as pills or drink mixes, that have worked in relieving some of that weight gain.

Using diet pills for the weight reduction is not a good idea from health and fitness point of view. Because using diet pills leads to various health complications and has no permanent results for the weight loss. However regular workout and an effective weight loss diet plan is a good step to reduce the body weight in successful way. Some time diet pills work but this kind of diet pills have many side effects so it is good to avoid diet pills and we should always choose a natural way for weight loss. Fitness Marketing

In natural ways exercise and diet both are useful. I think if we do exercise and diet then there is n any need of using pills. For more information you can visit this site. Grayslake Gym
