deja vu aura

Can someone tell me again what a deja vu aura is like.  Are you remembering the seizure as if it was a familiar event or do you just get a familiar feeling without really knowing what it is about and you just can't put your finger on it.  I've gotten these but it's hard to describe it that good.

Maybe you're dehydrated in the situations where you feel hot and that triggers your seizures.

WHEN THAT HAPPENS TO ME, ALL OF A SUDDEN I KNOW THE ANSWER TO EVERYTHING, SEE EVERYTHING VERY CLEARLY. IT IS HARD TO EXPLAIN. IT IS LIKE ALL OF A SUDDEN I HAVE THE ANSWER TO ALL MY QUESTIONS, AND THEN I HAVE A SEIZURE. PROBLEM IS, I DON'T HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS, BUT IN THAT MOMENT I THINK I DO! IT IS VERY STRANGE. IT IS LIKE A WRONG 'AHA' MOMENT,

I USE ALL CAPS FOR THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED. I WISH YOU PEACE, LOVE, BLESSINGS, JOY.........JAN
