Post seizure symptoms

Hi there, I've been having seizures since I was in high school and now I am 27. Unlike many others, I would say my seizures are very minor and few. I have been on meds ever since my first seizure (Tegratol and clobazam) Big trigger I think is lack of sleep and/or stress. During my university days when there was much stress, I would have a seizure occur every month or so. I would fall unconscious and shake for a minute. After half an hour after that I would be up and atom. After university, entering the workforce, the stress level has been lowered and maybe that's why I've had significantly less seizures. I would say about once a year. Anyway, my previous time, I felt my seizure coming on, while at work. Arm tensed up and started to shake a bit, but surprisingly, I didn't fall down, and I didn't go unconscious. Arm just tensed up and after 15 seconds or so it stopped. Unlike other times when I was able to be up and atom, during the previous time, I was exhausted, tired, nauseated, felt like doing nothing. Not even listening to music or tv or doing anything. I just felt like closing my eyes and resting. Eventually after a week or two I came to and I was myself again. That was the first time I felt that exhausted after a seizure. Is this normal? As well, this past week, I would say Monday night to be exact, while I was sleeping, I drempt I had a seizure. I don't know if that was only a dream or whether that happened in real life, but I've been feeling the same kind of exhaustion and tiredness as before. All through Tuesday to Friday, I've been going to work and the second I came home, I would be hitting the bed and sleeping until the next morning. Even now, I still don't feel fully myself. Don't feel like going out because of being tiredness mentally. Thinking about anything major would drain me out. Is this all normal after having a seizure? I know many people's seizures are different so I know I can't make correlations, but it would definitely be nice to know if my experiences are normal or abnormal for post seizure symptoms. Any comments I would greatly appreciate! Thank you,

Dear Jun, I am sorry to hear about your seizures. It is very typical to feel exhausted after one. After a seizure your body goes into the postictal state. After a seizure I am usually very tired and not myself for a few days after. You are definitely not alone!! Stay strong
