Paying for your seizure pills with no insurance?

Hello, Living without insurance should not even be an issue in america but some how it is and the people who need it the most is suffering without it, some of us with epilepsy can do alot if only we had our medicine everyday on time but alot of us are not blessed enough to have the money or insurance to refill our medicine when it runs out and the state denies most of us disability if only the state would provide us with the medicine most of us wouldn't need disability because we would be capable of working and going to school or driving and taking care of our families who ever has went thru it im sure you know how frustrating this is, if anyone knows a program that helps you with medicine i would like to know because i am about to graduate college soon and i dont know if the place im going to will have insurance so any help will be great thank you!

The pharmacy where you get the medicine filled most likely has a card to help out those who have problems getting medicines filled.  Also, you can contact the company who makes the medicine, for example GSK, might be able to help with medicine costs.

There is an organization called partnership for prescription assitance - pparx.org.  I received assistance for my meds from them.  Hope this helps.
