I've been having those kind of dream experiences since I started this whole seizure thing,...no meds.  My dr calls it derealization and seems to find it very concerning.  The color is very very vivid and I am not sure what is a dream or what is real.......... I done those drugs but the severe side effects never kept me on them more than a few days .

The dreams feeling real are so creepy.  Some days when I’m awake I wonder if it is real.  I’m so foggy from the meds.  I’m in the middle of a med increase and it is the first time I’m on two.  Additionally I’m adding an anti depressant.  The world is weird right now.  People pass by in the morning and I wonder if I’m dreaming.  Around 11:00am I realize I’m not.  The weird part is my dreams go like that sometimes.  My Dr. said I have to wait out the adjustment.  Some days I just don’t know…………..

Cloudy,  Is your neurologist aware of the fact that these "dreams" are interfearing with your daily life?   Perhaps it's time to see an epileptologist.  That isn't good.
