My daughter is also on Keppra and they actually increased it to try and control her absence seizures, but as they increased it so did the mood swings, fits, hitting, kicking, crying and so much more! It has been horrible. I called the dr on Friday and they decreased it again due to all of the side effects. If it were up to me, I would have her off of it. Im gonna see if they will swith to Zarontin for the Absence seizures. Good luck, I know its hard!

my daughter is just starting keppra, and all of a sudden she says that she hears voices in her head, and is really drowsy. has anyone else experience this?
