deja vu aura

Can someone tell me again what a deja vu aura is like.  Are you remembering the seizure as if it was a familiar event or do you just get a familiar feeling without really knowing what it is about and you just can't put your finger on it.  I've gotten these but it's hard to describe it that good.

It is a feeling as though you have been at a particular place, time, event, taste, smell, feeling. It is like " I have had this exact intense feeling before. I have them all the time. It is hard to explain; unless you have been there. Sometimes I get this real thick heavy feeling over me before a seizure. Hope this is helpful.

So you have like a general feeling of "I've done this before or been there before" but can't really think of what you've done or where it was.  I can't really explain it that good.

yep- it is hard to explain. It is kind of neat in a way though; takes a person back to a different time. For example- I saw a semi on the highway the other day with the brand of chewing gum Fruit Stripe. Anyway, as soon as I saw that truck, I immediately got this taste in my mouth that tasted like that gum. Go figure.
