Has anyone heard of stem cell treatment for epilepsy?

Fri, 04/18/2008 - 14:34

Hi, my name is Lilis. Someone told me that stem cell treatment in China has achieved very good results for patients with epilepsy. Has anyone knows more about it? .

Also, someone send me this website: www.carmastemcell.org which can help me to get stem cell treatment in China. Has anyone has anymore information about this or about that website?

I appreciate your help.

We need help.  We stored our youngest child's cord blood when he was born, in 2003.  In 2006 our oldest son sustained a brain injury, resulting in Epilepsy, as well memory loss and other learning disabilities.  I've contacted numerous oranizations, Dr.'s, researchers, etc, with no response as of yet.  Can anyone help me with this?  I need to know if my youngest son's stem cells could help my oldest son's brain injury/Epilepsy.  Even the company, CBR, where we have the cord blood stored, has not responded to my requests for information.

Have a great day! ~Val~

Stem cell treatment is not easy & the most important thing in it is the requirement of blood for this i personally suggest you to visit cord blood banks & get rid of worries.
