Tonight I signed on to check and see whats going on with everyone. Almost all of August entries so far are ads. I don't know about the rest of you but I don't com to e.com to shop or read about some junk that someone is pushing or whatever. Please don't make us have to wade thru all the ads to look at all the blogs from each other sharing stories or what we need support for.

I have a friend who at age 47 lost all of her long term memory due to seizures. Her short term memory was also damaged but has since returned. If you go to her web site absentmemories.co you can find out more about her and how she coped with it. A successful story.

You are SO right. I try to catch them but sometimes they get by me when I check -- or I get so busy that I don't get to these before all of you see them. I can really use your help with them. actually I have been doing this very thing for the past 2 years..seems every time I come around I spend at least half an hour or more "reporting" & then the limited time I have online is gone and/or I have forgotten what it was I came here to see..
I really feel for the newbies who come to read & learn as I did when I first found this site...what they must think when they have to wade thru the crap! I hope it doesn't discourage them too much that they don't find the knowledge & support that I did..
I promise to try to come by more often to flag..and maybe even get a chance to visit...I've really missed the closeness that used to be found here, maybe if we all do as Karen suggests..maybe we can help bring some of that back?

Thanks Adz. I got them and got rid of them. I think all of these were from users that were created before we implemented a new piece to the community registration system last week. I'm crossing my fingers that from now on we won't have as much trouble with these spammers, but I'm sure some of them will be persistent.
