this morning was good. saw my therapist and that went extermly well. when i had individual time with her the first thing i said to her was " ohmigod i missed you" and thats the truth i really did. then after my session and talking about the facility i went and got a really cool hair cut! xD

then i got home..... thats wen it got badd...  yelling screaming crying... just as it was before... over little things... no trust.... idk... i just hope things arent the same... i know my family and i have alot of work to do... i just hope i can handle it...

my sister is a little *@&$# with an attitude and could be the next family member to end up at a facility.. cuz shes not so far off from where i was... defiance.. and attitude... she never listens... as it was stated on my treatment plan "poor responce to authority" 

i just hope things dont get too bad...

i have a great team my case manager and therapist... they can help me and are there for me.
