TAKE CONTROL TODAYOkay. May's off to a crack of a start. This story is ALMOST as good as the Yankees being in last place in the AL East (sorry, Anna, buck up, its a long season). Wow, i just said good luck to the yankees, that means its time for evening pills...
more later...
Sorry, I think I want to down-play the story I was referring to the other day. Suffice to say that I was called while drying off from the shower during monday morning's routine. It involved a production we rented gear to needed some technical troubleshooting that just couldn't be performed on the phone. The solution to their problem involved being driven down to New Bedford, about an hour southeast, to their location and swapping a piece of camera-gear.
It was a success and really not a big deal. I just hate that I can't drive and the dosage I'm at makes me so tired and moody sometimes. I don't think that relying on others for transportation makes me weak or deficient, I just miss the independence I used to have.
The last two weeks of april was good work-wise, but busy. I somehow managed to make two-commercial days without doing any actual shooting. This is in addition to the "day-job".
I'm looking forward to this weekend. I have a housewarming party to go to in Jamaica Plain on Saturday. I hope to get my Ray Ban polarizers 1-year warranty redeemed on Sunday as they were crushed by an equipment cart on Monday during the set-call.
Seattle @ Boston is tied 5-5...
I may be seeing a Red Sox/Orioles game next Friday...
I kind of hate my attitude at the end of the workday and before the evening pills. I may be reducing my hours 25% at the camera rental house. Maybe it will help.
It's been a good week.

LOL Tim,
We now have Roger Clemens back... Time will tell....Time will tell. Though, I must say, I love watching that Andy pitch....
