This month of April has really kicked my ass.
All the doctor appointments...
Vegas...
Work...
Freelancing...

my head's spinning just recalling it...reaching for evening dose of keppra and dilantin now. I saw my Neurologist yesterday. I really feel I hit the jackpot with this guy. He "gets me".

A really nice, well-spoken, look-you-in-the-eye doctor in his seventies. I was a little put off when i asked if i could have his email address and he replied that he "never checks it"; he's telling the truth here so i'll give him the "old-guy pass".

I asked him about the idea of me going out to LA for a week to work on a friend's music-video he's producing there. He thought it was a great thing despite the fact that it involves the surgery consult to re-sched; like I said...he get's me. He's still very pro-surgery and I'll make these consults and listen. I also scheduled my video-EEG for the middle of July. I've already floated the idea to the technician about bringing in a documentary unit during that week I'm in there.

Judging from her response, this seems very possible. She did, however add, "You know we're recording you already, right?"

I still don't know if I'm going to bring a crew in...I'm on the fence.
