Take control of your epilepsy and seizures. Seizure management has never been easier.
TAKE CONTROL TODAYSunday Morning....waiting for "Meet the Press" to come on.
I've been getting a lot of stuff in the mailbox, all in-boxes really, about 600 elections.
Let me explain, 600 is the union I belong to when I freelance as a camera assistant for film/tv/commerc/doc. etc. There's been some changes in leadership in the last few years and i guess every spot is open this time around. One of the candidates I was considering for Union President was Haskell Wexler.
He made this documentary last year or year before called "Who Needs Sleep" It's about sleep deprivation as a way of life for people in the Film & TV production field. This is an issue that is seldom talked about and many feel old Haskell is rocking the boat; but as he puts it "it's our boat".
I do this kind of work on a part-time basis; I consider myself lucky particularly in context with recent personal events. I'm sure there are brothers and sisters out there who have epilepsy like myself who have put themselves in a dangerous position for their professional dedication.
I personally have many sleep deprivation stories and schedules I've worked have turned my mother white with fear when I've disclosed the hours to her.
Still considering it but I'm pretty sure he's got my vote.
