Running in the cold rain

First real good run since I caught a respiratory infection almost three weeks ago. Ran in the hard rain but it wasn’t very cold or windy. Odd that it seems a bit scary to go out in the winter rain each year. But with proper gear it is really quite comfortable. Ran five and was sweaty and smiling at the end. Back to boxing tomorrow after another week off. Still learning the PR game. A little each day but still not much response. Plugging away anyway.

You Go Bob !!! Wow - I just checked out your blog and your website, and what a wonderful service you are performing. I will definitely be keeping and eye on your blog, as I truly believe that education about epilepsy is sorely needed, both here in the US and around the world. I have watched my daughter fight the "stigma" for 13 years, and now I find myself fighting it also.
