Ran the Cove yesterday and am finally adjusting to the chilly weather. Dressed about right but never felt very good. About 9PM I realized that I was suffering from the common cold. I get sick so rarely that I expect to have some fall allergies bit did not recognize the sniffles paired with aches that we all know. Had a rest day scheduled today anyway so I will take it easy. I hate to box with John and huff and puff into his face tomorrow, so I guess I am out for a few days. Had dinner with some old friends last night. One not seen in 26+ years and one in 20. It was a blessing to see them.
