My seizures started 4 years ago, and I was diagnosed with temporal lobe epilepsy which may be related to a severe head injury I had in a car accident 8 years ago. I have been on many different medications and I'm currently taking Zonegran and Keppra. My seizures are not 100% controlled, so I consequently cannot drive, and I haven't driven for 2 years. Life has been an adventure to say the least. I can always feel them coming because of the strange deja-vu sensation but I cannot ever stop them. If anyone can relate I'm sure we could swap stories. I would love to chat with someone who understands this battle.
