this morning was good. saw my therapist and that went extermly well. when i had individual time with her the first thing i said to her was " ohmigod i missed you" and thats the truth i really did. then after my session and talking about the facility i went and got a really cool hair cut! xD

then i got home..... thats wen it got badd...  yelling screaming crying... just as it was before... over little things... no trust.... idk... i just hope things arent the same... i know my family and i have alot of work to do... i just hope i can handle it...

i just found out today that one of my friends from soccer died. i dont know how or when but now im really upset. its new years eve and now im upset. why did this have to happen? as soon as i found out anything ill let u kno.

im kinda sick today. not feeling too well. my throat hurts and i can barly talk, my nose is all stuffed up and i have a bit of a headache. i feel better then i did this morning; thats for sure. what a way to spend the last sunday of 2007 huh?!?! lolz.

hopefully ill be better tomorrow cuz we have a buncha people comming over. its gonna be fun.

wow. i realized as i was uploading pic ont o mi face book, i was alot heavirr than eveery1 else. now im embarraseed to put up pics. i keep on trying to loose the wieight but nothing happens. i eat all natural and have portion controll and constantly work out. im having a bit of waht i would call self esteem issues right now. everyone in this world is always complaining about how fat they are when they weigh 120lbs. ya i kno i am very muscular but i would still like to loose 20 pounds or so. that wld make me feel better about my self. but nothing is working. it sucks.

wow. what a weekend and it is only saturday. i like some of the new updates. but it is still different and it takes me a while to comfront a change. anyways, i had 8 am swimming today, followed by refing soccer games till 3pm. the person incharge put me in charge of the new kids who were comming today. she told me to explain how everything works to them and then she put that person on a game with me. i centered and they lined. it was fun. she also told me that tomorrow she wants me to ref the select games which is a travel program. i felt really good that she wanted me to do this.
