Survey of People with Seizures and Caregivers

Epilepsy News From: Wednesday, September 10, 2014

The Epilepsy Foundation wants to better understand the experiences of individuals living with seizures, as well as those who care for them, to develop and improve resources for education and support. To help guide us, please participate in an anonymous survey conducted by Harris Poll, a leading international research firm. Four epilepsy professionals identified the questions, which we tested with a small sampling of people. The survey is not a marketing tool, and the Epilepsy Foundation received no money for doing it.

The survey can only be taken once and will take about 20 minutes to complete. All surveys include demographic data, which is important to identify the types of individuals taking it. This information will not identify actual people living with epilepsy, but will be used to get an overall picture of the respondents.

While not everyone will qualify to complete the survey, your participation is greatly appreciated. This survey offers an important opportunity for your voice to be heard. We truly hope you’ll take the time to share your thoughts.
